How To Install Wordpress

How to install wordpress to hosting. For this article i use 000webhost because it's free ^_^. before install a wordpress, you must have a domain name or you can register 000webhost and get a free domain but i think it's not a good idea. Why? if you use a free domain from 000webhost, so your domain will be like : http://xxxxx.000webhost.com.

If you want to buy a domain you can buy from :



Beside buy a domain name, you can also buy a hosting if you don't like a free stuff ^_^. Some hosting company already install a wordpress so you don't need to install again.


Now you have a domain and hosting. now you must download a wordpress script and a free FTP for upload a script to your hosting disk space.

After already download the wordpress script, extract to your computer. and at file "wp-config-sample.php" rename it to "wp-config.php".


Open your cpanel at 000webhost and open a "MySQL Database"..

Create a new database by fill the database name and click a create database button.


Create a new user include a new password.


combine a user and a database. click "add" button.


and select ALL PRIVILEGES and click a "Make Changes" button.


And it will appear like this.


Open a "wp-config.php" file and fill you database name, user name and password.
For database write like : axxxxx_test.
For user write like : axxxxx_user.
For your password do not including "Axxxxx". just your password only.


And finally upload your wordpress script using wordpress script and a free FTP.

After upload complete. open your browser and type "http://yourdomainname.com/wp-admin/install.php" (if you not changing folder name). and write your weblog title and your e mail. and follow their instruction. now you have a wordpress using your domain name ^_^.
